"Purchased a helmet, Bluetooth unit and riding jacket for my daughter. After using the equipment for a few days she determined the helmet was a size to small. The great folks at Cycle Gear had the correct size helmet in stock. They removed the Bluetooth and installed it on the new helmet in a couple minutes. She went back a few days later and bought new riding gloves and boots."

"I come to this store to work specifically with Jamie, he is GREAT. I recently came in and exchanged a helmet and purchased a xena caliper alarm, don’t remember the guys name but he was great too. I have had experiences at other stores where I was less than pleased (hence the need to exchange my helmet, the guy “fitted” me and it felt like it was spinning on my head when riding on the highway.) I will not be going to any other location, the staff in surprise is great, they get me to spend more than I intend (great sellers) and I leave happy. I’m in retail management and know that is a perfect equation for success. Great job team surprise!"
